Hatha

A balanced, foundational practice that focuses on alignment, breath, and mindful movement. Hatha classes move at a steady pace, introducing classical postures (asanas), pranayama (breath techniques), and short relaxation. Ideal for beginners and anyone wanting to refine form and build strength and flexibility in a calm, supportive environment.

Vinyasa

A dynamic, flowing practice that links breath with movement. Vinyasa classes vary in intensity and sequencing, offering cardiovascular benefits, creativity, and a rhythmic cadence that challenges strength and endurance. Suitable for students who enjoy moving meditative flows and want to build heat and stamina. Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels.

Yin

A slow, contemplative practice that targets deep connective tissues through long-held, passive postures (typically 2–5+ minutes). Yin emphasizes stillness, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation, making it excellent for increasing joint mobility, releasing tension, and cultivating mental calm. Great for recovery days and for anyone seeking a restorative, introspective practice.

Slow Flow

A gentle, mindful version of Vinyasa that blends deliberate movement with breath at a relaxed tempo. Slow Flow emphasizes alignment, conscious transitions, and longer holds than a typical vinyasa class, bridging the energizing and restorative. Perfect for students wanting a meditative yet moving practice that builds strength without high intensity.

Experienced teachers

All classes are led by our very experienced teachers who provide clear verbal cues, thoughtful adjustments, and accessible modifications. They cultivate a safe, welcoming atmosphere and tailor each class to support individual needs, whether you’re new to yoga or returning to deepen your practice.
